The area of Family Law includes divorce, annulment, spousal and child support, adoption, pre-marital, marital and post-marital agreements.
Wills, Trusts, and Estates includes drafting and execution of wills, codicils, health care surrogate documents, living wills, creation of trusts, and general and specific powers of attorney.
Business Law includes corporate formation, contract drafting and disputes, formation and winding up of partnerships and limited liability companies, small claims, and collections.
Landlord/Tenant Relations deals with leases, breach of landlord obligations, breach of tenant obligations, remedies, evictions, security deposits, and disposition of tenant’s personal property after eviction or abandonment.
Bankruptcy addresses liquidation (chapter 7) or debt adjustment (chapter 13) for individuals that are not able to meet their financial obligations.
Criminal expungement is a process through which certain individuals may be able to have criminal records expunged (removed) or sealed (access highly restricted).
